Least favourite part of having an extra self employed part of life - doing the taxes 😭 but all done, and a little less than I’d anticipated (checked everything I put in three times! )

Was thinking of getting Playstation again, tried logging on to check account and it's either locked out /inactve or password reset needed. Can't get in through online, opens chat - they won't do anything as I don't have the original console I used, and no transactions as emails cleared. Any ideas?
