And this new, cheaper line (“Premier Collection”) actually has decent quality and a surprising amount of extras (like interviews, alternate covers etc.). Hope they do much more of those.

I will always love wildly impractical superhero outfits. Superheroes should be like Kabuki theater, like Grand Opera... nobody should look at those costumes and wonder how they stay on or where they button.

I like Wells-ian, Verne-sian inspired stuff, or that Eiffel tower, Liverpool station era with a web of steel and lots of arches. Tech imitating gothic ideas. I suppose, yes. That's the root of Steampunk, right?
Do you like Steampunk? I feel most of it looks bad and not properly thought through, but occasionally the gears&clockwork look is amazing.

Especially comics that are still establishing themselves, including indies.
