Unexpectedly, I just spent six healthy hours on the phone with a dear, dear friend. Even though I woke up ready to tackle a looong "TO DO" list for work, I surrendered to the healing instead. Now I'm sitting here eating the sweetest peach known to humankind. I'm happy as a lark. #TodayWasAGoodDay
