Successfully arrived in, and had a good explore of lovely Brighton in advance of #UKSG2025 starting tomorrow.
Happy me with headphones and a giant soft serve ice cream. There is a carousel in the background. Brighton pier in the sunshine Brighton Royal Pavilion entrance. Columns adorn the front and there are Indian style domes on the roof. The path in front is painted with swirls of blue, pink, yellow and green

Great afternoon out in Canterbury, finished up at The Foundry. Caught a pretty exciting game of Rugby. Some pics from previous visits below.

Cold but still captivating.
Looking down to Canterbury City from the University of Kent campus, on an especially frosty morning. The sunrise is largely bright but partially hidden behind a streak of dark, low, cloud, extending to the right. Canterbury Cathedral spires are visible popping up through the haze - as always. Long, dark, winter shadows of the local tree-line extend into the foreground.
