I’m trying to read a contemporary fantasy where the FMC has a horrible boss and job and then she gets trapped in faerie, but it’s causing an honest stress reaction. Good job, so realistic, but I just don’t know if I can continue. 😭

But the pesky facts and voices of #history didn't suit Kara's narrative, so she tucked them away inside a soundproof box and wrote her own story to tell in her time. Only when the ink had dried on Kara's new history did she realize the future might do the same to hers.
