The Twitter account for the Turning Point USA chapter at OU seems to have only started posting last week with an anti-trans pressure campaign. And then, oh gosh, what are the odds that they just happened to immediately find someone who claims to have been discriminated against by a trans person?
Have you ever wondered why somebody went into college with conservative beliefs, and came out identifying as LGBTQ and woke, here is why. A student in 'Elements of Physchology' expressed their concerns over the university making her learn these topics in order to pass the class, "For our upcoming exam I don't want to receive a bad grade if I answer honestly in my opinion" said the student. This is unacceptable, these beliefs go directly against science. DOJ says immigration judges, as "inferior officers," may be fired on the basis of sex, religion, race, or national origin. Leaving aside the law, it's *politically* remarkable they're taking this position.

As explained further below, however, your status as an inferior officer under Article II of the Constitution renders you an “at-will” employee, and your removal is beyond the purview of Title VII. Regarding your client’s claim that her employment as an Immigration Judge was terminated, this decision was a lawful exercise of the Attorney General’s authority under Article II of the Constitution. Article II of the Constitution allows the President and heads of departments exercising his power to remove inferior officers without cause, subject to only narrow exceptions that do not apply to your former position. No statute provides otherwise, and even if it did, the statute would run afoul of Article II.

Last week: In response to WaPo’s story on the Sept. 2 boat strikes, the Pentagon says “This entire narrative is completely false.”

Today: The White House confirms that a 2nd strike happened and that “Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes”
This report is based on interviews with and accounts from seven people with knowledge of the Sept. 2 strike and the overall operation. Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell declined to address questions about Hegseth's order and other details of the opera jon, including Special Operations involvement. "This entire narrative is completely false," he said in a statement. "Ongoing operations to dismantle narcoterrorism and to protect the Homeland from deadly drugs have been a resounding success."

Since Admiral Bradley has a duty to follow the Constitution and the Uniform Military Code of Justice, he must testify-if subpoenaed-and state who ordered the “kill” strike

LEAVITT: The latter. Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. He worked well within his authority and the law.
