Like I was saying: Bizarre season. I'm not surprised that Liverpool is still struggling at this point, but I did not expect the depth and totatlity of the struggle
This is a staggering amount of roster change for LFC. I'll happily eat my words if I'm wrong, but with this much turnover we shouldn't expect everything to magically click into place on day one. Reminding myself not to overreact if (when?) the most talented team on paper struggles out of the gate.

One of the weird irrational traumas remaining from my brief time at ESPN is an overwhelming, panic-inducing shame when someone who sits on the fourth floor gets in the elevator and sees me taking it to the third floor. It was so weirdly frowned upon at ESPN to take the elevator up just two floors.

Hawks ejecting on the Kobe Bufkin Experience means they are $7.7 million below tax line and have two open roster spots. Plausible that they could sign vet minimums for both; they still could use another point guard and a big wing. Could also make trade via one of their four TPEs.

I found an old LW/SW radio my dad gave me in about 1995. That was a fun toy then and it’s a fun toy now. Picked up the SF Giants game with Jon Miller on KNBR, stations from Wyoming and Colorado, and, of course, plenty of conspiracy theorists and intense Christian ministers 😂
