So this isn't Slavic but. I made a sandworm for my friend's Dune watching party tomorrow and I've never cooked anything this complicated and I'm extremely proud of it!

Baked a loaf, 70% semolina 30% 0 type flour and 70% hydration. I will wait couple of hours to open it, needs to rest untill it's cold ~ so that's like 3 hours. It can stay out like that for a day and after that I put it in a bread bag and it stays a good for almost a week
