Just, for the just time in 15 months living at this location, received a text saying our address has pending charges.
This is fine, it's rent, it is what it is, but it's really weird that the text had no indication of who it was from or what charges.
Why now?

Mom came up for Thanksgiving, good was good and she had some genuine joy today interacting with her grandpets so I consider it a successful day.

I'm in a sedan from 2015. This headlight was reflecting so brightly in the passenger mirror that I was literally using my phone to block the light. I took the photo to see if I could convey it at all.
I just did a road trip in a 2025 sedan and ran into the exact same problems.
