Not a lawyer, but do i understand the government was arguing there shouldn't be a nationwide injunction stopping the EO on birthright citizenship and each plaintiff (baby?) should have to individually sue?
So the government can keep doing crimes with no repercussions and hope people cant sue?

Tariffs are the big news right now but the Supreme Court just OK'D further use of the alien enemies act for deportations.
