I see many complaints about dems fighting for legislation unrelated to the direct conflict with Trumps fascism. This seems short sited to me.

How do we get people on board with a platform that only opposes Trump? Direct opposition is important, but we need an alternative for people to fight for too

Not a lawyer, but do i understand the government was arguing there shouldn't be a nationwide injunction stopping the EO on birthright citizenship and each plaintiff (baby?) should have to individually sue?
So the government can keep doing crimes with no repercussions and hope people cant sue?

As a dad to a toddler, I cant imagine someone having the gall to tell my wife to stop breastfeeding. Awful behavior by Stone Cellar Bistro.
A Mother's Day meltdown by the owners of Stone Cellar Bistro (outside Denver) after they ask a nursing mom to stop breastfeeding in their restaurant (her right under CO law!) because they're worried about getting negative online reviews—which gets them negative online reviews

Oh thank god, I was so so worried we weren't going to tackle this important issue! Now as we crack open our last tin of beans, we can glory in the accurate and beautiful maps showing the Gulf of America.
House GOP passes bill to rename ‘Gulf of America’
House Republicans on Thursday approved a bill to rename the Gulf of Mexico the “Gulf of America,” the first step in codifying one of the executive orders President Trump signed on Inauguration Day.

What the fuck is wrong with Ted Cruz
Repealing the FCC’s expansion of the E-Rate program is a cruel and shortsighted decision that will widen the digital divide and rob kids of the tools they need to succeed. My colleagues must join me in opposing this cruel resolution.

Tariffs are the big news right now but the Supreme Court just OK'D further use of the alien enemies act for deportations. They must be litigated where the person is being held, even if that is across the country from where they live. Expect more cruel and unjust deportations with no time to respond.
