I know at least 1 person at the thanksgiving bonfire last night thought I talked for too long about the docuseries Gold Rush. But they’re wrong. I could have EASILY gone for double the time and still not run out of things to say about it!

Actually? You could do worse than figuring out you need a new winter coat on thanksgiving day, timing-wise… just bought a new coat for 45% off. Bless.
the night we decided to sit outside for 5+ hours in sub-40 degree temps is not the best night to have realized my winter coat does not fit me anymore

I’ve had a shitty last two days but at least I’ve acquired pumpkin pie and whipped cream. At least we’ve got that going for us.

My mom told her physical therapist she wears a mask because her husband and daughter are immunocompromised. The PT said she is too but isn't worried bc she knows if she dies she is going to heaven. Then her co-worker yelled, “Shut up Debbie you wear a seatbelt and take blood pressure meds” 👀

It’s starting to piss me off that the C-PTSD diagnosis I have from being raised in hellish conditions the first 2 decades of my life is being used to discredit the physical symptoms I have with long covid.
Strange how a lot of post-Covid / long covid symptoms all get shunted into a diagnostic category that is basically “you have uncontrollable big emotions causing you physical symptoms, good luck”
