Across the country, governors and mayors are working to get people out of traffic and into affordable housing and good-paying jobs. A new study shows that, with the right investments, we can do all three at once.
What Do Public Transit, Highway Maintenance, and Urban Density Have in Common? Union Jobs.

The HON rule controls dangerous air pollutants and can reduce pollution-related cancer risks around these facilities by approximately 96%. Trump’s effort to exempt this rule for 50 of the country’s most toxic chemical manufacturing plants is unlawful and puts us all in danger.

Should companies pay dividends if worker pay isn't even keeping pace with inflation? If your answer is also HELL NO, then you'd be interested in this concept.

The Wage Lock: companies should not distribute profits to shareholders unless employee pay has increased at least in line with inflation.
Little policy idea - if shareholders are residual claimants let’s make this real. Distributions (dividends, buybacks etc) should only take place if wages keep pace with inflation
