I needed to shred a block of cheese, so I hauled out my stand mixer and put on the shredding attachment. Gordie watched in fascination as shredded cheese came from "the sky" and dropped into a bowl. He drooled and licked the air. Yes, I paid the cheese tax.
I bet he is dreaming of flying cheese.

See the white specks? I had pushed a tub of sour cream far enough back I thought but I forgot how long a wolfhound tongue is. Gordie enjoyed some of it and is quite pleased with himself.

One of the interesting aspects of my working out journey is the names of exercises. Names like Romanian Dead Lifts and Russian Twists. Do Romanians just call them Dead Lifts? Do Russians just call them Twists?
