The deal is so not acceptable for Ukraine. It puts crwzy limits on Ukraine’s military size, NATO nonexpansion, and gives economic incentives for Russia, such as a return to global markets. So for Ukraine the have already given the US mineral rights they in turn lose more land & achieve what? Hope?
