Rude of you not to think of the stories we’d get to read on social media.
Oíche Shamhna shona duit / Happy Halloween from Belfast’s spooktacular (but not spookily named) Pearl Assurance House.
Kids just don’t play Pétanque like they used to.
This is ridiculous. Prince Philip had Lady Diana murdered for a lot less than this.
Looks like *someone* is concentrating on the negatives, when the temperature is set to rise in the evening.

Genuinely delighted to download a PhD thesis from a university repository where the author has neglected to remove the words "BITCH THIS IS YOUR THESIS" from the filename.
It is exceptionally good TV. Especially the two leads.
Last night I listened to my Best Of 2021 playlist. The playlist itself was great, but I barely remembered any of the songs.

Perhaps 2020 had a weird novelty to it, but by 2021, our brains wanted to consign the whole trauma to the darkest corners of our minds.

Back in my day, AI used to stand for Adobe Illustrator! And we hated that, too!
Anyone who’s followed Evan Dando’s life over the past 30 years should be amazed that this album not only exists, but that it’s so good.

It’s interesting during the sometimes shambolic live Lemonheads show recently, he remained focused during the new songs. This is great fun.
Why would you tell us, the cookieless, this news, when we don't have access to cookies*?

(*Because I ate the last cookie for my breakfast)
This is what my wife has done to my Vinted algorithm. Presumably a load of sellers now think I like to cross-dress in novelty Christmas outfits now too.
Without being told off? Skills issue.

Big 'Dictionary Corner' vibes from Putin here.

Looks like he's just explained to Dave from Runcorn that he could have had an 8 if he'd spotted "Ubiquity", and is seconds from launching into a cheeky poem about the dangers of high-rise windows to take us into the next commercial break.
Leaving work in near darkness is it?

*Hichensing intensifies*
My employer paid for mine. It’s VERY comfy.
Some personal news.

I just sat down here, thinking it was polished stone, when in fact it’s wet.

So now I get to walk the streets of Belfast looking like I’ve soiled myself.
I was just thinking to myself “it could be worse. I could be in full cycling gear”. Thanks.
No. The sell blackout window blinds that work as well as a £150 projector screen.
So yesterday, we went to IKEA. The main purpose was for me to buy a £27 160cm roller blind to affix to the side of the bunkbeds in the kids’ den. Now we have a 64” screen for movie nights.
