Can social networks be leveraged for TB case finding among children ? Dr Kakande from IDRC Uganda shares data from the SONET study…. Children with incident tb infection have more friends with TB infection compared to those who do not have TB #Union2025 conference.

The reason? Likely social behaviours:
• More time in crowded indoor spaces
• Delays in seeking care
