Shakespeare is a guilty pleasure of mine cause the man was unhinged. You read the tragedies and think he's a serious writer and then you switch over to the comedies and suddenly the line "your virginity like cheese grows mites" is just thrown at you

Power cable leading to my house was pulled loose by the wind with the help of a tree. Had to turn the power off at the fusebox cause now every tap in this house is electric. It wont be fixed in the rain probably. RIP

So I read a lot of manhwas, its a guilty pleasure, specifically the repetitive reincarnation ones. But today I tried to look for something like that but wlw and there is not a single one T-T that is a manhwa specifically. Not manga. Not manhua. I want a manhwa but no luck

So I've encountered an issue where windows won't shut down. Reboot works. But now I have to boot out of windows and into linux to shut down the system properly

It has held up really well! Most of the important features are there, I got mine as a gift when I was a kid and I'd just draw blobs and animate them. I felt so cool lmao. Definitely gonna try using it again

Remember when buying meant something that couldn't just be taken away? I found the disk for anime studio (now moho) from like 15+ years ago, it even runs on vista or so it says. It has all the basics. Pretty neat

No issues so far but I'll definitely come to you if that happens.
Mainly clip studio paint, I did get it running via wine but I realized that my tablet drivers are so old that they dont run on linux. My pen pressure works on krita in linux but not on csp and none of my buttons or stuff do

I actually like the terminal a lot. It feels more satisfying watching what is happening rather than just staring at a loading bar and hoping everything is going ok in the background

After much struggling I managed to create a dual boot and reinstall windows. Had to format the whole drive so I could change the partition style but it worked. Now I can do the coding stuff on the linux side and the art stuff on the windows side. Very pleased with linux mint so far.

I did get clip studio running via clip-snap-paint over wine but it doesn't pick up pen pressure at all so I'm just gonna leave it alone. I tried krita and it picks up on pressure sensitivity just fine so I'll try using that for a while to give it a fair shot before retrying csp

Today I'm making a full switch over to linux mint for my main os. I don't really have a choice, windows nearly killed my cpu during an update and corrupted the whole system. So I guess this is the push I needed. Sad to say goodbye to clip studio paint though. Nothing really genuinely compares

Im back, no grippy socks for me this time around but the session lasted like 3 hours lol. We are both yappers apparently. gotta go back on the 29th 😃 watch for the announcement in an hour or so

Gonna be announcing which game I'll start work on later today, but first I have to talk to a social worker about a therapist. So if that doesn't happen I probably got sent on a grippy sock vacation. Wish me luck ya'll

Im back, mostly sorta kinda. Today I went for a walk and snuck into an old out of use cemetery. It was pretty but also sad to see all the abandoned broken gravestones. Like a place lost in time. Maybe I should go back and take them flowers

Good news I'll be back soon. Maybe next week if all goes well. Im recovering now but there is a lot of pain still. And one more bit of good news, I finally scheduled a meeting to get set up with a therapist, that is set for tuesday. I gave up coffee during all of this and my anxiety got better

I've been very sick, unable to get out of bed sick. So everything is on indefinite hiatus untill I get better. Could be a week could be a month idk. Im not dying probably lol but we'll see. 💜
