Trump has effectively dismantled FEMA aid, but forecasters expect 13 to 19 storms to form in the Atlantic between June 1 and November 30. Of those storms, 6 are expected to be full-blown hurricanes, and between 3 and 5 of those are forecast to be major hurricanes. www.noaa.gov/news-release...

I've been thinking a lot about that bumper sticker which says "everything looks like a conspiracy theory when you don't understand how anything works" and folks it's pretty obvious to me that the people in power right now have absolutely no desire to understand how anything works.
