Travel, good food, good beer, ups and downs of family life and Leeds United.
BBC using a fall in net migration to highlight that it makes a higher % of asylum seekers was as predictable as it was depressing. Zero discussion on the economic impacts of less people wanting to work and study here.

The sell out of Ukraine is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen a world leader do. I can't imagine how painful it is for Zelenskyy to deal with the US administration when it is so clearly pro-Putin.

A frustrating afternoon at ER when all the fault lines were exposed. Farke far too late with the subs, and odd subs too especially taking Tanaka off. We competed well in the main. I need to see why the goal was disallowed, looked ok from where I was. Rodon my MoTM. #lufc

Still hard to believe we did this to ourselves.

Lots of people getting emotional over the manager saying our fan base is emotional kind of proves the point.

Dyche totally did a number on us today. Forest better, wanted it more. Farke support will fade if we don't put up more of a fight. #lufc

Always depressing after a heavy defeat. Farke needs to find a way to make us more competitive away from home. Still think we can compete but not taking the points against Bournemouth and Fulham means every game is a scrap now.

Not a Halloween 🎃 fan. Wasn't a thing when I was a kid. I don't mind the spiders webs, pumpkins and witches but a giant inflatable axe murderer in your front garden?!

I love Joe Rodon but the MoTM should go to 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Great first hour, nervy last 30 mins, but 3 priceless points.

Relaxing weekend ahead.

Wasn't that long ago when Liverpool fans were claiming they had "won" the transfer season.
They are still a good side but it's not really clicking and Salah is certainly off the boil.

Annoying loss. Especially after conceding late last week. Deserved more than a point from the last two games. Created enough chances but not clinical enough. Rodon probably my man of the match. #lufc Ref awful.

Yep he was 💩💩💩💩
DF: "I have to be careful and do not like to comment (on officials). Last time we had this referee it was a big talking point and got a letter. Leave it to other people to comment. I cannot influence this." #lufc

A blustery but fun day to do my 💯 #parkrun at Temple Newsam. Will came to support and did his first one! Great support from other runners and the lovely volunteer team.

Freddie Flintoff #fieldofdreams is a lovely bit of TV. The kids involved have really grown through being in a team. One kid, Presley, bullied at school is a bundle of positivity. He's a credit to his team and family.

Parkrun 9️⃣9️⃣ done! A beautiful morning for it too. Big one next week!

Today's weather is my perfect #parkrun weather. No wind, 15 degrees and very light rain.

No one should be killed for what they believe.
Also, the idea that Charlie Kirk was some sort of intellectual heavyweight with a positive vision is ridiculous.

Really poor end to the transfer window. Farke was very clear about what he needed, and it's been very evident in the last 3 games, we are lacking firepower and creativity. Outgoings also a concern, we still have Meslier on the books. Someone needs to explain all this, and not leave it to DF. #lufc

Overheard a disgruntled Geordie on the walk back to town lamenting the sale of Longstaff who he thought was the best player on the pitch. I'd go for Bogle personally, but he was good. Solid performance from the team, a good reaction to the Arsenal defeat. #lufc

So farewell then Patrick Bamford. A player who can leave Elland Road with his head held high. For two seasons he was incredible, scoring some truly memorable goals. His hat trick vs Villa is an obvious high point. Could also be frustrating at times, but always gave his all. All the best Paddy. #lufc
