WOW. The lead plaintiff is a Latino man who's been here legally for 24 years. He was grabbed off the street by plainclothes federal agents who didn't even ASK about his status.
He was detained overnight and only released once a supervisor realized he had been illegally arrested.

From what I understand, once the Governors (the Commanders in Chief of those state's Nat'l Guard) give the feds their soldiers, they are under the POTUS' authority. They can be federalized and I imagine not only will carry out illegal ops, but don't have to return home when the govs. need them back.
For some states, especially in the South, the national guard will probably be needed in the next few months for hurricane relief. What are the heck are governors thinking when they're deploying them to occupy DC?
