In the original law passed under Reagan, it ensured payments by the government to hospitals for emergency services regardless of the person's legal status who was receiving treatment.
Republicans changed the law here to remove payments if they treat someone and they happen to be illegal.
So where is the "this gives coverage to illegal aliens"? Just this one specific subsection. And this is exactly what anyone who has talked about this who isn't lying has said.
Well, that's a lot of changes... The full text starts on page 220 until page 262, it's a lot. Democrats want to repeal the whole section of changes which is generally what they are arguing is going to kick people off medicare and mess up the ACA coverages.

I'm sorry, correction, this is all one attack. I misread this information. There was one single attack on ICE in TX, which involved a total of 14 people. I'm also not currently finding anything on their reported ideology... So the article has 1 left wing (allegedly) attack?
So maybe 1 left wing attack (ICE), and two confirmed right wing attack (Hortman and the School Shooting in CO), and technically the pro- ISIS vehicle attack guy in New Orleans would be a third right wing attack, if they ever counted those properly... Article is just false on its face.
The Kirk attack is still not confirmed left (their source is NYT, and the mother saying he went left because of trans issues, but being pro-trans doesn't make you left... Groypers exist... And seems like he was just a nihilist more than anything...)

They allude to 3 attacks (not counting Kirk), two were against ICE, and one they say resulted in the arrest of 14 people -- was this a foiled plot? -- but no reference links...
They can't, they are making it up, just like the "400 EC votes" comment. There is little chance a Dem would lose CA, NY, CO, WA, OR, CT, etc... there is zero path for a Republican to sweep over 400 EC votes. If anyone in her campaign actually said this, they should have been fired.
The one candidate the Dems have run that actually excited people since like... JFK, and their lesson learned was to run far far away from anything close to resembling that again...
