Good lord, just looking at the picture is giving me vertigo.
But the cover art on these books kinda mirrors the stories: whimsical and funny but also a little dark.

Definitely a YA-ish cover design.

Also, a fun and satisfying read - at least "The House in the Cerulean Sea" was.
@maddow.msnbc.com The Chicago event featuring you and Timothy Snyder sold out.

Please consider adding another day to your trip and have an event on Saturday as well.

Thank you, and a very happy Diwali to you, too!
Hello from American. I can tell you that the UK will not reap any benefits from the Trump trip. He's a con man and completely empty.

Many of his supporters have learned this the hard way.

My best advice to the UK is to rejoin the EU.
Hello - Illinoisan here and a resident of Chicagoland. (I'm in the suburbs.)

Yes, we do know how good our governor is!
Yes, but when you're married to Stephen Miller the bar for "fun" is pretty low.
An excellent speech! Thanks, Gov. Pritzker. This is what the state and the nation needed to hear!
Heck, yeah! We Illinoisans deserve this excellent governor!
It was an amazing address! For once this Illinoisan is so very proud of Illinois politics!!
So very proud to live in Illinois!

Thank-you, Gov. Pritzker for your moral clarity and your courage.
This Illinoisan is so very proud of our governor and yes, Trump officials, remember that accountability will come - maybe sooner than you think.

Any sub will do so long as there is lots and lots of mayo on it.
In Chicago, book lovers do a indie bookstore crawl on Independent Bookstore day.

We go to 15 bookstores and collect "stamps" on our postcards, which give us 10% off books for the next year at our favorite indie store. It's a really fun day!
Mayor Johnson is a disappointment to everyone - progressives included.
Good grief, @theatlantic.com could you give it a rest.

I am waiting for the article that says, "Republicans Must Confront Their Autocracy Problem."

Or how about, "When Will Republicans in Congress Grow a Spine?"
The Atlantic needs to figure out why it keeps blaming the party that is trying to save democracy when it could - very legitimately - question the "activities" of the party trying to lead the US into autocratic rule.
