I've been struggling to find the right narrative voice for a novel I'm re-engaging with. I thought for sure first person was the way to go.
Yesterday I decided to go back to 3rd and suddenly the damn burst and I couldn't get to sleep with all the ideas.

I just finished Black River Orchard and whew! What a creepfest. And addictive. Lots of Eww! And Whoa!!! And OMFG... shitshitshit no go run forgodsakes!!
So yeah you should read it if you like creepy scare that feels a bit too familiar at times.

They run them bc people react to them the most.
If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
It’s not easy and takes constant practice!
