after my disappointment with the linux version of dropbox i have been considering self hosting nextcloud but tbh i just spent an afternoon trying to set up a mumble server and failed to set up the port forwarding correctly so i am ... not looking forward to trying to handle that entire mess

i can't believe dropbox for linux doesn't have smart sync smh... i might as well just switch to self hosting with nextcloud but i still would need a rasberrypi and a big external drive

not gonna lie once i got used to it it does perform better than firefox for me, and chrome has huge privacy concerns as well as it eats lots of ram. mostly i struggled because i always used gnome instead of kde and i always used debian instead of arch and always used bash instead of fish

just installed garuda linux, struggling a bit with the shift in systems... mainly all the muscle memory for stuff. I also had to configure firedragon to pull the syncs from firefox, and i have no idea what i just merged in the pacman diff file i was shown

In case anyone was wondering what i spent my first two weeks of spooky month doing, I made monster harvesting options for ALL the monsters on the Crooked Moon main campaign (up to lv14)

I'm glad you like them! i definitely did make a stamp for my merch bags but a big stone can be a bit more expensive! this one is 8x8 cm. I think an alternative is linocuts which can be cheaper but it's very different from stone carving. i like stone carving because you can fix mistakes by sanding

i've recently taken to the seals and the sculpture side if things came as an aside because I had all that extra stone left after carving the seal. I also did tinier stamps each time, so i bought a table set magnifying glass

Currently obsessed making magic items for a The Crooked Moon campaign, collecting monster drops and harvesting and such is a part of rpgs i enjoy a lot so I decided to make my own #thecrookedmoon

I iust fixed a washing machine that I've been using for 10 years and got for free when I moved to Japan because it was old and used. I've watched too many fantasy anime where the main character levels up like a game and like... I wish I had that game? Can anyone tell me a game that has cool magic casting and skill tree or skill points based level ups? Recently I grow tired of any game that locks you into a certain path.

Recently tested OBS and the switch and, there was an issue where I could only get 5fps from a normal recording. I was at my wits end until I tried changing the video format from YUY2 like the instruction manual on the capture card said to MJPEG and boom. Smooth video. WTH instruction manual my ass
