I went from 38 an hour to 6. 5 is the goal but you can see already a huge improvement in one night. Might have to get a special pillow as I am a side sleeper.

2024/2025 have been pretty bad for me.
Went through a terrible burnout which led me to throw my life around drastically after my GP warning me that I was overworking towards a heart attack.
I've been doing well the last three weeks, besides that killer cold. In 2026 more art and less work. ❤️
