Been seeing this guy score goals for 20 years. Somehow, after moving all over the country in that time period, he ended up setting the all-time goal record just a 30 minute train ride away. Such an incredible thing to see. Alex Ovechkin single-handedly made me love this game and I love him
The lack of critical thinking skills of Republicans is astounding, man

Instead, he has said a country, a country we have destabilized, stole our oil from itself and is killing people over it, trying to start a war to build some kind of legacy.

They're both the worst of the worst. This isn't a competition we need to have
Actually I don't think Trump's ever done anything as bad as lying about another country having weapons they didn't have so he could start a war that destabilized an entire region, killed hundreds of thousands of people, and created ISIS.
Not a fan of Bush but he was a step up from what we got now.

Fair choice, because it's impossible to get a slot to go in there

How many articles has the New York Times written like this about men?
Sydney Sweeney has become one of the most perplexing figures in modern cinema, Esther Zuckerman writes. “The image Sweeney is cultivating as a performer stands in stark contrast to the way she positions herself as a celebrity.”
Sydney Sweeney’s Offscreen Image Contrasts With Progressive Onscreen Roles
Onscreen, she tends to play women fighting the patriarchy; offscreen the image she cultivates has meant conservatives consider her one of their own.

He has the option to not opt out after his contract ends?
@JeffPassan tweeted
Right-hander Michael King and the San Diego Padres are in agreement on a three-year, $75 million contract, sources tell ESPN. The deal allows King to opt out after the 2027 and 2028 seasons. @Feinsand was first on the news.

Mets fans might be the most brain dead people istg

Getting Edwin back would've been nice, but it's not bad for the Mets to replace him with a guy who can be just as good and has been less volatile in his career.

But, for me, missing out on Schwarber too means Pete is a must.

Admittedly, I have this same thought, but I don't say anything about on national tv as the transportation secretary because I'm not a lunatic. The worst part? I won't even judge people anymore. I'll just be saying hell ya because this guy ruined my whole thing
Sean Duffy: "Dressing with respect -- whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt, I would encourage people to maybe dress a little better which encourages us to maybe behave a little better. Let's try not to wear slippers and pajamas as we come to the airport."

A lot has happened in the NBA over the past 25 years.

So our writers ranked the most significant moments of the 2000s.

Do you agree with our list?

The way conservatives keep trying to paint everyone else as being upset personally for Jimmy Kimmel because they can't imagine either respecting the Constitution or not worshipping someone is hilarious and extremely troubling

How are the Mets never looking fastball

3B playing SS on the grass, tying run on 3rd, 2 outs. The only time ever someone should be bunting. Mendoza says nah. Forget not making Soto steal. It'll be so nice when Stearns can bring his own people in for the Mets

Tong didn't throw balls in the minors. Now that he's with Hefner, he can't ever find the zone. Weird

Kyle Schwarber has 2 hits in the last 800 at bats vs the Mets, so make sure to walk him
September 12, 2025 at 12:55 AM
Just can't think of any combo more dogshit in Mets history than Mendoza and Hefner

Why does Mendoza want Dos Soto to blow his arm out and give up runs so badly

Would be classic of him to avoid an all-American final on Saturday due to his hatred of women
