Hot damn. Lyon Metropole has reduced emissions from its buildings by 36.6% in just 4 years. That's their 2030 objective done five years early.

Adding another argument to why electric stove is superior to gas: your hot oil doesn't catch fire, leading to half burning range hood Fortunately I put the lid on time& this is the only damage in my kitchen, but oh my, burning stuff is *dangerous*!
