I just got a text from Janet Mills’ campaign that she’s running against Susan Collins. I really wish she wouldn’t. We do not need another corporate democrat. I don’t mean to be ageist, but we don’t need another 70+ year old senator, either. It’s time for a new generation of leaders.

This is what authoritarians do.
the one thing i genuinely did not anticipate from this administration was its vicious, know nothing hostility to any and everything that might even be adjacent to science and scientific research. they genuinely one to destroy the entirety of the nation’s research capacity. and for what, exactly?
If you think I've forgotten about the hurricane satellites, think again. The Navy is permanently unplugging them this week, on the brink of the busiest stretch of the season. There's so much more to this story, and I have the latest scoop. ⬇️

If you’re zip-tying the elderly and disabled, You’re not the good guys. This is despicable behavior.
Where the hell do we live?!

Americans in wheelchairs are being ARRESTED at the Capitol—for daring to demand healthcare and fight for Medicaid.

This is what a dying democracy looks like: cruelty for the poor, handcuffs for the disabled. Shame on every damn one of them. #WeWontGetOverLosingMedicaid
