As I write this, it's day three of my child being denied her right to attend her home school. If you've been following our story, you'll know that we've been in a battle with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board to have my daughter attend Featherston Public School, which is within walking distance of our home. On Friday, September 12th, we submitted an appeal to have our daughter attend Featherston, but so far, we've heard nothing.

Hey never said it was only a parenting problem. But too many kids get away with a lot because the parents don't take their responsibility seriously. There are other factors of course, just saying I've observed quite a bit of non parent parenting.
