In politics you are only as good as your word.
Did PM Carney mislead Elizabeth May to get her budget support?
In a minority government you can't afford to be losing cabinet ministers and alienating potential allies.

The Poilievre Conservatives are attacking Canada's longstanding tradition of multilateralism and global engagement.
They claim its Liberal "racism."
They would leave Canada weak and alone in the face of trump and putin.

The Conservative "Multiverse" Attack on Canada

I was diagnosed with #HIV in 1998, when I was 30.
Many of my friends had died of AIDS. I did not expect to live to 50.
I’m 58 now.
HIV treatment works.
Treatment also makes it impossible for me to pass HIV on during sex.
Ensure HIV treatment for all.
End HIV stigma.

#Obesity is a chronic, and complex disease requiring lifelong care.

People living with obesity, when medically advised, may use GLP-1 therapies.

The effect of these medications is enhanced when combined with physical activity, a healthy diet, and long-term follow ups.

I taught intro to anthro to many students like this over the years. Incurious, refusing to learn the material I was teaching, parroting religious/cultural talking points in a course on human diversity. I wrote feedback similar to this instructor many times.

This is absolutely chilling from OU.
OU has put the professor here on administrative leave:

Canadians who vote for Cons need to be bombarded with this type of information. Cons want privatization of healthcare.
My health insurance premiums will more than double in January. I pay a little less than $500/month for my current silver plan.

I just reapplied and my new premium will be $1062/month.

And don’t forget: I still have a co-pay for every visit and pay for prescriptions.

Archaeologist here. For 99.5% of human history (ca 300-400,000 years), we were peaceful (no war). There was conflict and smaller scale violence, but countless studies on the 119 known modern hunter gatherer groups show cooperation, negotiation, and peace instead of conflict. Please read books.
Revenge/physical combat was how people settled things for literally millions of years, it's normal human behavior, we're wolves not sheep, the government project trying to social engineer us and domesticate us into sheep has been unsuccessful
