Met a wonderful artist named Kristine today at Fron Goch, Caernarfon. She grows her own flowers and transforms them into beautiful dried flower wreaths, scented wax melts, and other gorgeous things. My photo does not do this arrangement justice. #fairycore #NorthWales

Ageing is so interesting. Today my hairdresser added a boost of brown to my red dye because my white hair might turn pink. Then all of a sudden I was like, go ahead, I'm not afraid of pink.

I teach and read posts from writers on a lot of channels and everytime I see someone say a teacher told them they were no good at writing I just want to give that person a big hug and say, "Don't listen. Just because they couldn't teach doesn't mean you aren't amazing."

What do authors do when they aren't writing? Work. I have the privilege of being a tutor in creative writing for Adult Learning Wales, a private writing tutor, and just occasionally a public speaker! If you're in #Llandudno come and learn about the science and mysticism of Talking to the Dead.

So what are my creative writing classes like? Last week we shared our version satirical podcast on wellbeing. One of my learners taught himself a Southern accent and performed a piece that would have made Dolly Parton proud. 😂

I'm going to start a channel called 'weird stuff I find in my yard'. For context, I live in a remote small holding. When we moved in, it was full of junk. 3 years later, #weird stuff just keeps turning up. A doll eye stuck to my foot, a graveyard of plant pots, and now a 2inch plastic horse shoe.
