Love that AI is not only “threatening” to take our jobs it’s making the MEANS of working untenable. The RAM I bought last march for $160 now costs over $900 because of AI. It is impossible to make or upgrade a work computer. This is insane.

Health orgs wrote letters asking Sec. Noem to exempt health care workers from the new $100K H-1B visa fee. There's been no response.

Learn about a rural hospital that may have to pay the fee after it received job apps from international but no American lab techs.

NEW: Last year we found the acceptable level of exposure to formaldehyde set by the EPA left people at risk for cancer.

Now the Trump administration has roughly doubled it

As we approach midterms, starting now, be careful on these social media streets. Bots and trolls and disinfo accounts can pretend to be on any side, at first. Trust the instincts you've built up on twitter and now here. Even, and especially, when you see a bunch of the same-worded replies on posts.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.

No community should be forced to bear the weight of a system that profits from human suffering.

Private, for-profit prisons have no place in a fair and free democracy—and especially profiting off the suffering of an inhumane and undemocratic detention system.

Period.

I stand with the AMA and strongly oppose the decision by the CDC to end the universal birth-dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine for all newborns. This undercuts a proven strategy that has, for decades, protected infants from a virus that can cause chronic liver disease, cancer, and death.
The Chicago-based American Medical Association is blasting a federal vaccine advisory committee’s decision Friday to no longer recommend that all babies get the hepatitis B vaccine when they’re born.

The government has long advised that babies be vaccinated against hepatitis B right after birth to prevent serious liver damage that can be caused by the infection.

I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR MONTHS. AI APPLICATIONS ARE RIDDLED WITH PSYOPS
Two independent studies found that AI chatbots were better at persuading voters than political ads. The most persuasive bots also lied the most. This is something that humans working in psyops have known for decades. AI is psyops at scale. www.technologyreview.com/2025/12/04/1...

We could start just by bringing back shame.

You called for the US military to be set loose on 🇺🇸 citizens.

You called for our NATO allies to sell us their land.

You held up a public servant's nomination so long she died of cancer before taking office.

You're no longer welcome in polite society.

We live in an era, policy-wise where there is such a dearth of humanity that if you simply allow basic fundamental baby-brained levels of human decency to guide your policy it’s like 99% certain you’ll be goddamn Superman to the average voter

This is crimes against humanity; and it’s the US Gov’t doing it.

We are going to be decades recovering from this; if we have a thorough, honest (and open) examination of what happened AND take steps to prevent it in future.
