Posts like these always amuse me, because all it does is show that the person posting isn't aware of artistic principles, and how stylized art tends to jump right into the uncanny valley when directly interpreted in a realistic paradigm.
I've seen people say Dragon Quest VII Reimagined looks bad and I disagree. The level of respect they put into Toriyama's original artwork is impressive.
