Enormously funny to me how a character who spent close on two decades either depowered or dead is now so mainstream that she is on the launch rosters of two massively promoted multiplayer games.

That's kinda what makes BS2 so brilliant. The sheer depravity of the setting is so overwhelming that you end up reflecting instead on the rare moments of genuine love that can be found, no matter how faint they can be. As the subtitle says, it's a Wonderland for a Beloved You.

The funniest part to me is that anyone with reading comprehension would tell you that the H-Scenes in Black Souls are meant to be unsettling, and doing anything extreme is actively discouraged. They are bleak, *bleak* games.
