I think 'doing the laundry' is an interesting concept but its not realistic.

You know how dogs do that shake to release the tension and anxiety (or to just shake off water)? I wish I could do that. I want to get rid of all the sadness and anxiety I have in one move and then be able to do other things without this lingering feeling of despair and self-doubt
