A little rye quick bread test make that I absolutely adored. I found some rye flakes on Azure, and they work beautifully on top of the loaves. Toast with a little butter and it's absolutely amazing.

I went to culinary school for Pastry and Bakery goodness. Never did I burn myself so bad I blistered. Today though, apple butter and the saute function on the instant pot got me good. Wee blister on my ring and middle finger. Only cursed a little though. Still finished the Apple Butter. #cookingsky

Just a simple peanut butter cookie tonight. Testing it all, nothing overly special. Needs a bit more peanut flavor, and maybe some chopped nuts or chips in it. Will modify this more tomorrow. #cookieparty #baking #sugaroverload #customrecipes #peanutbutter
