I used to think #carbs were the enemy. 😅

It’s really just about what #carb you eat, when, and how much. 💪😎

After a hard #cardio workout, I typically go to something that is very carb heavy. That’s the best time to use that kind of #foodasfuel! ⛽️🙌

I’ve been trying hard to reduce my #caffeine intake and it’s been one heck of a journey lol. 😂

#Tea has helped a lot with it. The caffeine in tea ☕️ is low and it has a lot of #antioxidants & #healthbenefits! 🙌

When it comes to #veganmeat, a lot of them are mixed. Everything from @daringfoods I’ve had so far however has been absolute fire! 🔥🙌

Most Walmarts, Publix, etc carry it. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s also not the most expensive #veganchicken out there. Enjoy! ❤️😊
