I’ve had 3 basal cell carcinomas removed in the last few years - probably as a result of sun damage over the years. I spent all day in the sun yesterday at an event. Did I use suncream? Guess. Fucking idiot.

Popped into Waitrose in Abergavenny today - a Welsh town with a well know Food Festival. Their cheese counter had so little Welsh cheese - and we produce some fantastic cheese in Wales - that it was an embarrassment. Waitrose Wales - get your act together.
