Trump lured Lauren Boebert to an in-person meeting in the Situation Room, instead of calling her on the phone, because he knew all her electronic devices would be confiscated before entry, so she couldn't record anything embarrassing or incriminating.

There used to be a joke about the man who killed his parents and wanted sympathy because he was an orphan. The male “loneliness” epidemic reminds me of the same ploy. “What? We spend history killing you and you don’t want to be with us anymore? Where is your heart?”

When I was married to an abusive minister, I would struggle with whether his behavior was from mental illness or evil. Finally, I decided it didn’t matter- we couldn’t live in this chaos. The same truth applies to living under this president.
