How do you guys sleep at night when you have a very important heath visit coming up? Like I have an appointment Wednesday that could come with the possibility of pretty bad news and I can’t sleep at night and I can’t concentrate on anything. I know things will probably be fine but it’s hard.

Looks like im gonna be losing my great grandmother sooner rather than later. I’m literally so heart broken and I don’t have a way to go in to say goodbye before she passes and I’m not sure I’ll even be able to make it to the funeral. My heart breaks so much for my papa I love him so much
