Tory MP: “We’re tethered to the mast of Brexit and when it goes wrong, we’re screwed. They all know it. All Labour have to do is hedge their bets. When the public realize they’ve been sold a pup they’ll turn on the party”.

So why did Starmer join the cult?

The penny is dropping. A customs union is the best way turbocharge our economy and tackle the cost of living.

Labour MPs who agree with us should vote to back our bill on a customs union tomorrow.

@andrewprlevi.bsky.social’s analysis is excellent - but no bromide.

Starmer, Macron, Metz and Zelensky are well aware that Putin doesn’t want peace.

Putin intends to blame Zelensky for any failure to achieve a deal, and then pursue his real aim: to keep advancing westward.

We are in huge danger.

Donald Trump is a Kremlin stooge who wants to sell out Ukraine and the rest of Europe to Putin. We can't let that happen.

Starmer should seize frozen Russian assets in this country - today - and convince Merz and Macron to do the same.

Farage is no leader. He doesn’t inspire loyalty or respect in those who work for him: the ethos is “honour among thieves”.

So anyone who doesn’t benefit from his money-spinning schemes will turn on him, sooner or later.

The Telegraph broke this story: a right-wing paper has given up on Farage.

I really think voters must take responsibility for what and who they choose to vote for. You can’t be getting all outraged at the accusation of racism if you choose to vote for someone who says and does overtly racist things and whose biggest policy pitches are mass deportations and EU-phobia.

The Trump administration's worldview has always been aligned with Putin's, as was clear to anyone who paid any attention to the statements and actions of its most important members. But this isn't an alignment of equals - the White House is following the Kremlin's lead. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Yeah. Been banging the drum about this over the year. The whole idea that you could somehow 'manage' Trump through flattery was absurd - and dangerous because it prevented building public support for the tough choices that need to be made if we want to survive. bsky.app/profile/ianf...
Daily reminder. Trump and Musk are not rational. They can't be flattered. They can't be managed. They can't be trusted. The assumptions we have taken for granted over the past 80 years are no longer valid. We need to adjust our thinking - quickly.
Repeat after me:

No. Longer. A. Reliable. Ally.

By this metric, some harmless sod working in a warehouse is less welcome than some button-eyed grasping opportunist 'entrepreneur' who sets up a fake business to sell millions of quid's worth of shonky PPI to the NHS during a pandemic.

People aren't just defined by what they can do for you.

We need PR.

'Some constituencies could be won with as little as 23% of the vote. Reform is likely to be the largest party, but its possible tally of seats spans a huge range from 112 to 373 – the difference between Farage leading a rump opposition and becoming PM.'

“America’s strength was always built from its global alliances. By abandoning these, it exacerbates its weakness.”

🇺🇸 attempts to force 🇺🇦 surrender are currently 0 from 3. Europe is winning, even if it doesn't realise.
Trump's national security strategy exposes weakness. Its attitude to Europe is like the obsessive ex stalking the former partner, wondering who that new guy is.

Nigel Farage won't apologise for his history of racism because "if he apologised, he would be turning to his own support base and saying, ‘You’re all guilty too,'" a Reform source tells the Times.

So essentially he was a racist and he believes his supporters are racists too
December 7, 2025 at 11:05 AM
If Glasman thinks Farage isn’t a racist, why doesn’t he just join Reform?

Or does he think he can be more helpful to Farage by undermining Labour from within, with the help of his little runaround Morgan McSweeney?

Blue Labour are Quislings.
Here's Labour peer and founder of Blue Labour, Maurice Glasman, apologising to Nigel Farage on GB News because Keir Starmer called him a racist. Maybe now he should be apologising to Starmer.

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

Seen a lot of comments about Reform voters not caring what Farage said at school, which is probably true.

But you've also got to consider people who aren't going to vote Reform but you want to turnout or vote tactically against them.

On why Farage doesn’t apologise for his schoolboy racism:

Exactly.
He is racist. So are his voters. He can’t be pissing them off by saying sorry.
