The difference in how I have been over the last few weeks since finally making that decision has been HUGE. I feel almost stable these days, slight confidence, less like a failure, and less floundering. Obviously a long way to go still but I'm slowly working towards a healed me 🖤

Growing up with a narcissistic parent is a hell of a trip. The hold they have over you lasts LONG after you've physically left their home, & seems that true freedom/ healing can only happen after you've completely cut them out. The healing will likely take me years, but I'm ready to meet the real me

The CBD stuff is godsend for pain relief 🙌
