Dan Price called for changes on rural GPS theft...

The legislative changes WILL be implemented this Autumn.

The Equipment Theft (Prevention) Act 2023 will be updated to include modern immobilisation and forensic marking on rural equipment such as GPS devices. Fantastic news for our rural areas.

Bit of perspective on today's immigration stats. An 18% increase in people seeking asylum still equates to roughly 0.1% of the population, not a lot, and a hell of a lot lower than quite a few countries. Also, small boats account for a third of those, so not a big issue either. 1/

Dan visited a project he has funded through his SWAP community grant, Superbox Gym, Northwich.

He was accompanied by Cheshire’s Mix 56 to record an interview all about the boxing gym and the classes it puts on for young people to keep them active and entertained.

Stalking victims are to be given better protection including the ‘right to know’ the identity of their online stalkers, according to new government proposals.

Clare Fallon spoke to victims and the police on how best to deal with this type of crime.
