The U.S. 1st Marine Aircraft Wing confirmed to me that it now has a total of four F-35B squadrons at MCAS Iwakuni in Japan: VMFA-214 and 211 from MCAS Yuma in Arizona, as well as VMFA-242 and 121 permanent based at MCAS Iwakuni.
