Next week we'll drop our AI Agent integration into #GigAPI - our infinite timeseries lake - and while it's tempting to jump on the AI lingo bus and announce this is "Cursor for Timeseries" it's actually a lot more! 🔥 github.com/gigapi

#Gigapipe is ready for #Grafana12 Drill-Downs! This quite exciting as it completely changes the Grafana game particularly for new users which can now browse around logs, metrics, traces and profiles without typing or knowing much! As always we're the first to support this feat @gigapipe.bsky.social

Thanks Devin! GigAPI's #DeepWiki is quite impressive and keeps updating as the project evolves with more detailed explanations and examples about our stack. The mermaid flows are absolute killers and I'm now using them to explain the design internally👇 A++

Yes! #FlightSQL API support has landed in #GigAPI and works with the InfluxDB3 Grafana datasource and line protocol ingestion! We're quickly becoming a young drop-in alternative to InfluxDB3 Enterprise powered by #DuckDB (instead of Datafusion) and this is only the beginning 🎉 github.com/gigapi

We've been ClickHouse pioneers, integrators and even a Clickhouse DB SaaS. But ClickHouse has diverged from opensource into cloud nonsense - so we're leaving it for something just as fast but radically simpler to use and maintain powered by DuckDB OLAP and Apache Arrow and Parquet github.com/gigapi

The next #HOMER 11 is coming along nicely and for the first time ever its fully independent, cloud native and serverless friendly. Powered by DuckDB and Parquet it decouples compute and storage before they even hit a DB - only used for reading and compacting. I can't wait to present the final H11 🔥

We're developing our freedom data pond GigAPI in the open.
Is it unique? No, we're inspired by IOx and Iceberg made lighter. Is it the best? Not yet, we've got work to do. Is it fast? Yes. DuckDB + Parquet powered. Is it open source? Forever. No cloud/enterprise gimmicks.

"polyglot" comes from Greek polyglōttos, (poly = "many" or "multi" - and glōtta = "language) and it perfectly identifies our philosophy. gigapipe.com is a universal translator for Observability taking care of protocols, query languages and formats - letting you focus on what's important: just data
