Have you even really had white chocolate??? A lot of white chocolate we see in cheaper baked goods doesn’t actually have any cocoa butter in it, only milk solids & oil. Be sure to look at the label or ask if this is important to you! The difference in taste is very noticeable.

I passed my ServSafe Food Protection Manager exam! Also my cookies will now be prepared in a commercial kitchen! Having worked in public health for 15 years, it was important to me to switch ASAP to making my cookies in a licensed facility, though it’s not required for a cottage food biz in MD
