The House to Home programme supports vulnerable people who have been homeless or who are at risk of repeat homelessness, sustain tenancies for the long-term. Every week, volunteers like Neville are making a difference by giving their time to support the programme

In Indonesia, flooding along the coast of Tanjung Kait perpetuated unsafe conditions for families like Komariyah and her three kids. Habitat Indonesia was able to help Komariyah and others to gain legal ownership of their land.
