A year and a half ago, I started asking artists, "What do you need?" @artistcommons.bsky.social is what came out of it.

Friends, I'm looking for a Fuji GFX medium format digital camera to do some macro photography with over the next month for an art project.

If you have a camera body or know someone who does I'd love to work out a trade or deal to borrow it for a bit. DMs are open =)

“Everybody has an opinion about art and most of it is ignorance.” - Dan Flavin

Looking at Web3, I wonder what Flavin would make of betting on art and what names will succeed (in the longrun) based largely on highly opinionated data.

The BUSY plots by James Merrill look incredible in person.

They’re like tiny, complex cityscapes nested as tightly as Rube Goldberg machines.

The ENO documentary streams today for 24 hours with six different versions, special guests, Eno DJ sets, and I'm sure some fun surprises. Starts at noon today.

I've seen this movie four times already in a theater. It's kind of amazing that I want to come back for more.

One of the best things about the holidays when your inbox gets quiet: in the last two weeks I read six books (three physical and three on audio).

Magical things happen when you wake up every morning and spend time digging deep into one of your curiosities.
