Japan’s minimum wage rose from ¥664/hour in 2004 to ¥1,054/hour in 2023. That’s just ¥390 in 20 years. Many workers feel this is too slow.

Japan released new banknotes on July 1, 2024, but Nishitetsu buses in Fukuoka still don’t accept them! 🚍💴 While some buses are being updated, it could take until March 2026 for all buses to handle the new notes.

Should such a key system be this slow to adapt? What do you think? 🤔
