I’m about to head back out again on the #ExplodingStar tour (NYC (tomorrow!) & I’ve been reflecting on something that’s been so surprising to me:

I’m out here singing “grief” songs, but in 16 years of touring I have never felt this much joy on stage.

I need a new word for “grief/joy” help
